Getting ready for fun in the sun

I'm trying, very hard, to convince Charley that hats are a part of his future. It appears he has been cursed with my complexion, and thus, sun protection is of great importance. Despite my rational reasoning, he hates hats and refuses to let them sit on his head for more than 1 second. Here are a few shots of me trying to wedge a hat on to that giant melon. I suceeded for about 5 seconds at one point because he was distracted. The result scared me, frankly. I think he looks about 3 years old in it!






I've found his first 2 freckles... so I guess he'll be an ol' freckle face like his mummy. Must get cracking! The weather's too nice to spend any time inside.
