A rough few days, my friends. Not with the newborn, as you might expect, but with ol' boy-o Charley.
Charley has barely slept for the last 3 or 4 nights. He's cried and cried all night. Here's a few of the things that are bothering him:
1. He's teething.
2. He's producing scary poops.
3. He has mystery hives all over his body.
4. His ear is sore.
5. He's not too happy about being a big brother, yet.
6. He misses his Granny, aunties, dog, summer, etc.
7. ??
It's a mystery. My lovely, sleep-through-the-night, 12 hours of peace boy has morphed into a tantrum-y, delirious maniac who falls over a lot.
I'm already up multiple times a night with Sammy, (who is fine... gassy and starving, but fine otherwise), so Chris has been on Charley duty at night. Poor soul! He's trying to produce creative, inspired writing on no sleep. Not working out toooo well, as you can imagine.
Nanna is here now, entertaining Charley with new Play-Doh. Yay for play-doh. It keeps him going for hours. He's off to the dr's in a bit to make sure he doesn't have an ear infection. Joy!
No new pics... don't even know where the camera is these days. (Somewhere in the growing piles of debris, I imagine).
3 weeks down! A lifetime to go! PA-RENT-HOOOOOOD!

Oh no! Sounds like Charley is in need of some good ol' fashioned girlfriend lovin'?? Maybe next week if Little Big man is feeling better? Truth be told, I think I'm going through withdrawal from you guys...I finish my stretch of 4 on Monday morning. Will call you after that. Hope you're sleeping like a baby... ;P
