My good boys!

All my boys, big and small, are doing great. Chris is being super-dad, wonder-husband and is still working full-tilt on a very big story for work. I'm so glad he's around for the rest of this week, because I'm not yet in good enough shape to do toddler duty. I'm looking forward to healing and getting strong again so that I can start loving up my Charley. It's awful not being able to pick him up and play with him properly. He's a little cross with me and is finding Sam to be a bit irritating. He ignores him 99% of the time, which is the best one can hope for.

We're due for a major winter storm tonight and tomorrow, so hopefully Chris can get Charley outside for some snow-play.

Granny Al has gone home for a few days of well-deserved rest, before she comes back next week. Poppa J drove up to get her and have a flying 20 minutes visit with his grandsons.

This will probably go down as one of my favourite photos ever. There's goofy Hayden in the foreground saying "I rule the roost!" and poor, fragile Charley in the background saying "something weird happened to my world this week...". Too funny.

Neglected Charley has snack time on a snowbank.
Poppa J is introduced to the newest member of the family.
He seems to approve.
Sam's already almost up to birthweight again and is growing at a crazy rate. I think he'll get quite chubby in the next few weeks!

That's all for today.

That photo of lonely Charley on the snowbank almost made me cry! You should get him a harmonica. What an adorable group you've got.
