Despite toddler mayhem, we had a lovely time and spent much of the week outside on Granny and Poppa's 'estate'. It makes me wish I had a yard! Maybe one day the backyard will be green and play-able, instead of a holding ground for renovation debris.
There are so many photos to post... I'll see how many I can get up now:
Sammy is dazzled by his big brother. He laughed and laughed when Charley climbed up to see him.
Busy, busy man.
Comparing feet size. (Honestly, Sammy has some serious dogs. His feet are almost as big as Charley's).
Could these boys look more different? "Hear ye! Hear ye! I do declare that I am ye olde King of the Castle... or at least King of the compost pile. "
Kismet fun. She's back now... after a long, wonderful visit to Doggy Bad-Camp.
Sammy and I having a chat.
Someone needs a haircut.
Uncle Ben and Sammy bond.
Sammy enjoys the sink.
And just a few cuties here. It makes me laugh when I duplicate a Charley photo with Sam without realizing it. Here is Sam this week and Charley in May 2006 below.
(Excuse the wet spot on my leg. For once it isn't because someone barfed/pee'd on me... it was a Dairy Queen Dilly Bar slopping incident). Same room, different couch. Potentially the same pants. Nice to know that grey comfy pants are always de rigueur.

see - I think that Sammy is starting to look more and more like Charley was at about 3 months!
I miss you all.
xxoxoxo
I hope Chris is feeling a little back to normal even if he is missing a few parts. Do you guys forsee any more Ptb trips...say in the July time frame?
Okay, TOO cute (the ones of you and your boys -- same pose, different baby). Those are heart-melting.
Is it me, or does Charley look so much bigger now that Sam is here?
