Halloweeners

Yes, Chris' favourite holiday of the year has come and gone once more. Oh! He waits alllll year to scare the kiddies, and then POOF! it's over again for a year. Phil, his devilish side kick, was also in attendance.

We had a great time. Such a busy night! We had over 100 kids to our house, and many of them come to our place especially for the scare-factor. We've built up a reputation!

Charley was so cute as he understood the "process" for the first time. He did forget to say "trick or treat" most times, and instead stuck out his candy bucket and just said "thank you" at each doorway. I think he was hoping to do it again tonight.

Now, I'm the world's worst mother and don't have a picture of either boy in costume... (Charley was a very sweet elephant and Sammy, being to robust to fit into the costume I had for him, wearing only tiger ears) but I do have photos of the men in action:

The stuff children dream, and scream, about.

Hopefully they were comforted by my pumpkins. I had, seriously, about 15 minutes to do them. I'm quite proud of this smiley guy. I think he's adorable!

Power tools were used in the harming of these pumpkins.
