Yay! I love when my female family visits me! Sarah flew in from England last night and has been lovin' up the little Charley boy ever since. He's very happy that she's here. We're heading for Peterborough tomorrow to have a good extended family visit. Chris, in the meantime, will continue the ongoing 'house' project, (ripping out the old kitchen, etc.).
Charley is now officially 2 months old and we took him to the doctor for his first vaccinations today. Sooo sad and painful! He didn't like it at all.
The amazing thing is that our 'wee' boy isn't so wee anymore. Even the doctor was amazed by his growth. He's gone from 5lbs 8oz when he came home from the hospital, to..... 10lbs 12oz today!!!! (All of this in just 7 weeks.) He's also grown 4.5 inches in length and that head!... well let's just say he takes after his father's cranium.
So needless to say, we're doing great. Hope everyone is well.
