Sarah (that's Naynay to Charley) and her wee bairn, Evy are up for a visit. It's a good thing, since Chris went off to Toronto for the weekend, thus missing his wee boys birthday. Yes! It's Sammy's big #1 today!
I can see that Sammy's big day will be the "forgotten" birthday, a week after big bro's. We'll try to do some kind of celebration for him tonight so he has something to look back on in his baby book.
But, back to cuz. Evy is going to be 8 months tomorrow. She's still a teeny tiny little miss, made to look more so sitting beside her big boys. They are all quite taken with each other and have provided us with many laughs over the last few days.
For the scoop on her forehead booboo/third eye, see Sarah's blog here.

"What is upppp?" says Mr. Blue Eyes
Monkey on my back:
Sharing toys together.
Evy politely hangs back:

Sam is amused by being the "big boy" in the tub.

Those faces need a scrub:
Too many bodies .

Once Evy was removed, the boys began their usual fight over who got to gaze at themselves in the bath overflow valve. Healthy egos? Mais, oui!

It's really too soon to think about that belly...

The definitive portrait of joy:

And Sam! What can I say about my sweet 1 year old. I guess he's not a baby any more. I really can't believe a year has gone by, because I remember this time last year so clearly.
He's a delightful boy and we feel so, so lucky that he's ours. He's a quick peek back at the year:
