It was weird to see him because it felt like an extremely long time since we`d seen each other, and like no time at all. The boys were over-joyed and continue to be so. No grudges for them, lucky for Daddio.
Here are a few shots from the airport waiting period:
We did some colouring in anticipation of his arrival!
After a while, it`s important to have a raisin break to keep energy levels up.
Lookin`cute, waiting for Dad #1
Lookin' cute waiting for Dad #2
So, of course, with Dad home everything is more fun! (Especially when you're 4 and 2).
For instance, Mom just takes pictures of you in the pool, whereas Dad will get in and let you pummel him with water balloons. Clearly, he wins.
Look at that 'smooshed' balloon action!...
And re-action!!
I love Sam laughing this hard at the abuse Chris is suffering. Says it all.
The boys are rowdy in their beds at the moment, too excited from the re-introduction of Dad, so I must go and see if I can settle their silly selves. I wonder how many days this will last?

Edited to add anecdote:
Sam had a rash on his bum today and Charley asked me, very earnestly, "Will Sammy get some bum cream tonight because his testicles are sore?". Sigh... don't know whether I'm proud or horrified.

Nice faux-hawk! The paraguayans will never recognize him.
